We supply Cast Steel Pump Control Valve.The HISPEED® Pump Control Valve is a designed for installation on the discharge of booster pumps to eliminate pipeline surges caused by the starting and stopping of the pump. The pump starts against a closed valve. When the pump is started, the solenoid control is energized and the valve begins to open slowly, gradually increasing line pressure to full pumping head. When the pump is signaled to shut-off, the solenoid control is de-energized and the valve begins to close slowly, gradually reducing flow while the pump continues to run. Should a power failure occur, a built-in, lift-type check valve closes the moment flow stops, preventing reverse flow regardless of solenoid or diaphragm assembly position. The HISPEED® Pump Control Valves are designed for installation in the water supply connection to sprinkler, deluge, foam systems, or standpipe fire protection systems.The HISPEED® Pump Control Valve features a flange, easy installation and accessibility. We supply Stainless Steel Coupling.The HISPEED® Stainless Steel Flexible Coupling is a Stainless Steel coupling made of ASTM A-743/A743M cast stainless steel which is the cast equivalent to 304/316 Stainless Steel. It is designed for installation on Stainless Steel schedule 10 and 40 pipe and fittings. The stainless steel material is suitable for a variety of aggressive corrosive environments. The SS flexible coupling can accommodate some angular, rotational and axial pipe movement. We supply 300PSI Wet System Valve.The Wet System valve works as a check valve by preventing the reverse flow of water from the system piping to the water supply. The valve is trimmed with a water bypass line,which has an in-line swing check valve. The bypass line allows pressure surges to enter the system and to be trapped above the alarm check valve's clapper without the clapper lifting and causing false alarms.When significant flow of water occurs, such as from an open sprinkler, the valve's clapper lifts and allows water to enter the system. Simultaneously, water enters an intermediate chamber, which allows the water to activate an alarm either through a water motor alarm or through a water pressure alarm.
